1. Cancellations made up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will receive a full refund of any deposit paid.

2. Short notice cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will be taken on a case-by-case basis, however as per normal terms, a short notice cancellation or failure to attend fee will be charged at half the value of the planned appointment, in terms of time allocation. We understand that emergencies can arise, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
